We deliver all lost property left on the bus to the Finnish Lost Property Service, where you can inquire about lost property directly.In addition, in Helsinki we use the Finnish Lost and Found Point at Kamppi long-distance terminal. Please note that there is usually a delay in lost items being transferred to the lost property service. LUGGAGE DAMAGED DURING THE TRIP If you notice at the end of your journey that your luggage has been damaged during the trip, please inform the driver immediately and report the issue to our customer service as soon as possible info@onnibus.com Items that should never be placed in the luggage hold include currency, valuable securities such as checks, bonds or money orders, passports, driver's licenses, certificates, jewellery, portable electronics such as cameras, mobile phones, laptops, tablets and other fragile items including bottles containing liquid, medicines and home and car keys. All luggage transported in the cargo compartment must be packed in such a way that it can withstand normal handling and possible movement in the cargo compartment during the journey. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged luggage. Valuable items should always remain under the passenger’s personal supervision.
