OnniBus double decker buses have low floors and convenient seats for those with mobility difficulties and facilities for passengers who need to remain in their wheelchairs. OnniBus single-decker buses have no wheelchair seating available and buses are not equipped with low floors. Buses have a stairs, that customer must be able to walk. If you normally use a wheelchair and are able to climb a few steps into the bus, we will store your manual wheelchair in the luggage hold and the driver will assist you into your seat. Electric wheelchairs cannot be transported in luggage hold. However, if you normally use a wheelchair and you need to remain in it during your journey, please make sure that you travel with a double-decker bus and there is an available limited mobility seat on your chosen journey via our customer service. If there is available seat our customer service will reserve it for you and give instructions on how you can purchase your ticket. Please call us tel. +358447057110 (calls charged at standard rate) or send us an email info@onnibus.com no later than 36h before you want to travel and tell our customer service agent the date, time and where you want to travel to and the type of wheelchair you are using. Assistant travels free of charge provided a seat has been reserved through customer service. We recommend making the seat resevation for the assistant as early as possible.
