Single-decker buses generally have more flexible policies for items like bicycles and pets, while double-decker buses offer amenities such as wheelchair spaces. OnniBus routes can be identified in the ticket search by the operator icon, route number, and service icons. Book your next trip Baggage For each ticket purchased on OnniBus routes, you are allowed to bring: One normal-sized piece of luggage to be transported in the trunk of the bus: maximum weight 20kg. The total size of the bag may not exceed 158 cm (length + width + height). Hand luggage, which must fit under the seat in front or on the hat shelf. Hand luggage cannot be transported in the corridors of the bus or elsewhere inside the bus. You can take skiing equipment, such as skis or a snowboard, in addition to the 20 kg main luggage limit. Please note that the equipment must not be loose or cause damage to other luggage in the hold. The driver has the right to leave luggage on board if it is not properly packed. For each purchased travel ticket, we guarantee the fit of one 20 kg piece of luggage and one piece of hand luggage, so you can ensure the fit of additional luggage only by adding it as an additional item when making a travel reservation. However, if you need a separate seat for, for example, a music player, you must have a separate ticket for it. Book your next trip Pram Small, collapsible prams and strollers can be transported in the bus cargo space without extra payment. Bicycles With OnniBus single-decker routes, you can transport a bicycle in the trunk of the bus for an additional fee. You can recognize the single-decker shift from the operator's logo in the travel search. Search for a suitable trip on OnniBus Book a travel ticket and add a place for a bicycle to the shopping cart Buy tickets and get ready for the trip - remember to arrive at the stop at least 15 minutes early You can also reserve and buy a bike seat for many other companies in our bus ticket shop. On OnniBus double-decker routes, we cannot accept normal bicycles as luggage. The foldable bike can be taken as luggage in a suitable transport bag. That way it won't damage other luggage. OnniBus also sells travel tickets from other companies in its online store. The transport operator's own terms and conditions regarding luggage apply on these routes. These terms may differ from OnniBus's own terms. Electric scooters We also transport electric scooters and electric skateboards as luggage in OnniBus double-decker buses under the following conditions. • The device's battery is built-in or otherwise firmly attached to the device.• The power to the device must be turned off completely and the power cannot be turned on accidentally during the trip.• The device weighs a maximum of 20 kg and is foldable (kickboards). The size does not exceed the so-called normal luggage size.• We strongly recommend the use of a protective bag, as we are not responsible for any damage to the frame or motor of the device that may occur during transport.• The device can be loaded in such a way that no other luggage is piled on top of it.• There is no extra charge for transporting the device, it is part of the amount of baggage allowed on the customer's ticket. Pets OnniBus Double-Decker Buses: We want to guarantee all our customers a comfortable and pleasant journey, so we do not transport pets. The exception is official guide and assistance dogs, who wear an official vest or harness to indicate their job. We recommend making a pre-booking for a guide dog well in advance of the trip from our customer service, so that we can guarantee sufficient space for the dog in the car. The OnniBus's online store also sells travel tickets from other companies. During these shifts, the transport operator's own terms and conditions regarding the transport of pets apply. The terms may differ from OnniBus's terms. OnniBus Single-Decker Buses: Small lap-sized pets are allowed on single-decker OnniBus services. A pet fee of 5 euros is charged for all pets, which is paid when making a reservation. When paying the driver, the Pet fee is 10 euros. Pets can travel on the floor of the car or on the passenger's lap. So they may not travel on bus seats, and they may not be kept loose in the car. The aim is to place the animals in the back of the car, and passengers with allergies can then sit in the front of the car. However, guide and assistance dogs are always allowed in the car free of charge. Book your next trip Sports equipment and skiing Sports equipment can be taken with you as normal luggage if it is properly packed in the bag/packaging intended for transporting it and there is room for it in the cargo compartment of the bus.
