In order for us to ensure smooth and safe travel for all, please keep in mind the following: Please buy your ticket beforehand from our webshop or from R-kioski. It’s possible to minimize unnecessary contact between the driver and passengers when tickets are purhased in advance and the reservation code is shown clearly at the time of boarding. This way the driver has no need to touch your mobile device to check the ticket information. Rush hours are during weekends, especially during Friday and Sunday evenings and also overall during afternoons. If possible, choose a departure outside rush hours. We are continuously monitoring customer demand for journeys and we have conducted an extensive customer survey in May to find out the most requested journeys and travel times. Based on these, we will determine what routes to reinstate and what travel times are most sought after considering economical aspects as well. Since April we have expanded our route network gradually and will keep doing so during summer 2020. Take care of the health of yourself and others – do not travelling when ill! Our drivers are taking care of hand hygiene and we encourage our customers to do the same. However, due to increased demand, the hand sanitizer in our buses might be scarce. Please prepare for this, by bringing your own hand sanitizer with you on board. Unnecessary touching of sourfaces onboard the bus is to be avoided. Please ensure good hand hygiene and hygienic coughing and sneezing throughout the journey. When coughing or sneezing, use a paper tissue to cover your nose and mouth. Then dispose the tissue with other trash safely. We recommend the use of face mask onboard our buses as per the recommendation of the authority (Aug 13th 2020). Since it is a recommendation, we do not deny boarding for the passengers without face masks. OnniBus does not sell or provide face masks. Our drivers are seated separated from passengers and the seats closest to the driver are blocked from customer use. Unnecessary moving around the bus is to be avoided. We are flexible with the seat selection on board and you are free to switch to any free seat on the bus. For tickets bought from OnniBus.com webshop, it’s possible to change the preassinged seat using our website. If necessary, we recommend you to book the adjacent seat if you wish to be sure that no unknown person will be seated next to you during your journey. We clean our busses efficiently. We hope that you collect your own rubbish and when exiting the bus, take them to either a trash bin in the bus or at the bus station. This way we can guarantee neat seating area for next customer using the seat after you. With cooperation and taking care our selves as well as others, we can ensure safe and smooth travel for all.
