Our customer service is contacted for multiple different reasons. Most of the enquiries concern the right to change or cancel tickets, lost property or timetables. You can easily find the answer to all the most common questions and problems in the frequently asked questions section of our website. We also recommend reading our terms and conditions. If you cannot find an answer to the question you are wondering, please contact our customer service by phone (call price 0,99 euros / starting minute) or by email. A very large amount of belongings are forgotten on the buses every day. It takes a lot of time to figure out lost property issues. That's why we've outsourced lost property services. All enquiries can be directed to the Finnish Lost & Found Service and Kamppi Suutari. Our customer service does not have a list of the stuff that has been found. In the "Timetable" tab, you can quickly check the lines and stops of OnniBus and our partners. If the location of the stop is unclear, the ”Stops” tab provides additional information. Our tickets do not have the right to change or cancel, but the ticket can be given to someone else for use. Tickets are not personal. Our customer service cannot make changes to purchased tickets. Our inflexible ticketing policy allows for affordable tickets. Unfortunately, it may happen that the ticket does not come to the e-mail after payment. For example, this could be due to a connection failure or a typo in the email address. It is also worth noting that sometimes the ticket may arrive at its destination with a slight delay.
