What is OnniTurva?
OnniTurva cancellation security additional service for OnniBus bus travel. By choosing the OnniTurva additional service for your ticket, you can get your money back if you have to cancel the trip. Cancellation must be made no later than 48 hours before departure.
Why OnniTurva?
This additional service has been expected, wished for and demanded for years. Now we want to try how it will be received. You can book your trip now without worry, regardless of whether you're absolutely sure you'll make it. Read below a short description of our new additional service for OnniBus bus travel and how it works.
This is how OnniTurva works
Using OnniTurva is easy and fast. When you book your OnniBus bus trip, you can add the OnniTurva additional service to your ticket in the shopping basket stage of the booking process. If you have to cancel your trip, send us an e-mail about the cancellation no later than 48 hours before the departure time, and you will get your ticket money back. OnniTurva does not cover the price of cancellation insurance or the reservation fee.
This is how you add OnniTurva to your reservation
Select the ticket in your shopping cart for which you want cancellation protection. Choose one additional OnniTurva service for that ticket, regardless of the number of passengers. One OnniTurva is enough for a connecting trip. On the return trip, OnniTurva must be selected separately for both trips, if necessary. Please note that OnniTurva is not available for trips by OnniBus partner operators or for connecting trips on connections between OnniBus and partners.
Cancellation instructions
When it is confirmed at least 48 hours in advance that you will not be able to make your trip:
1. Send an email to: info@onnibus.com
2. Add OnniTurva as the subject of the email
3. Add to the message field: ticket reservation number(s) or, for connecting journeys, all ticket reservation numbers

All you have to do is follow the cancellation instructions.
Cancellations are not accepted by phone calls.
If necessary, book a new trip independently.
Please note that we do not make other changes to your travel reservation, for example by changing the travel date.
We will respond to your message within one week.
One ticket can have a maximum of 9 passengers.
We will refund the payment of the canceled reservation within two weeks.
We will cancel the ticket you want based on the reservation number, if the e-mail has been sent no later than 48 hours before the departure time.
Terms and Conditions
OnniTurva is in the trial phase and we reserve the right to terminate the additional service at any time.
OnniTurva is only valid if it is added to the travel ticket of the reservation.
Only one OnniTurva additional service is added per ticket, it covers the tickets of all passengers.
OnniTurva is only valid if the trip is canceled by e-mail no later than 48 hours before the departure time of the trip.
Your money will be returned to you within two weeks from the moment you have sent the cancellation email and the cancellation has been confirmed.
OnniTurva is ticket-specific.
OnniTurva should be added for both the outbound and return trip if you want insurance for your entire reservation.
OnniTurva's payment and reservation fee will not be refunded.
OnniTurva is only available for OnniBus' own trips.
OnniTurva can only be purchased during the booking phase, so no longer after booking.
OnniTurva can be purchased 49 hours before the trip.
When you cancel a travel ticket that includes an exchange connection, both trips will be cancelled.
