This way, the passenger can be guaranteed a confirmed seat on the desired departure provided there is space available. Especially during weekends and Easter holiday, some departures are quite full and therefore prebooking a confirmed seat, is needed. When making the booking, the customer service may ask more detailed questions to ensure the right for free travel and to find out of any special needs. Passenger should present a passport, official passport copy or other travel document to the driver proving Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence of Ukraine. “For our part, we want to support the Ukrainians coming from the war-stricken area by offering a free travel until the end of April on our OnniBus departures. Majority of Ukrainians presumably come via Helsinki, but not everyone stays in the area. Some travel to different cities in Finland. We have the largest route network in Finland, and can offer smooth travel possibilities around the country” says Lauri Helke, CEO of OnniBus.com. OnniBus customer service+358 600 02010info@onnibus.com
