OnniEtu offers, after five purchased trips, the sixth trip at half price. You can collect the trips with tickets from OnniBus and our numerous partners purchased from the OnniBus online store. What do I do if the OnniEtu code does not work or arrives in the email? Make sure you have followed the terms and conditions to get the code. Note, among other things, these: To receive the benefit, the trip booker must have an OnniBus.com user account. Approval for marketing communications must be checked on the user account. The person booking the trips must make a reservation for at least five places during one calendar month. During the campaign month, you can earn a total of one advantage code per user account. Trips can be booked either on OnniBus's own, on our partner's routes, or on a combination of these. If the reservation includes, for example, a two-way connection for one person, this is counted as two trips. Tickets for local transport are not included in the campaign. Only tickets purchased from the OnniBus.com online store and application are included in the campaign. Reservations made with free value codes are not included. Complaints about problems with the discount code should be submitted during the same month that the code arrived or should have arrived. When will the code arrive? The discount code will be sent by email no later than the 15th of the following month. Don't forget to check your spam folder as well. Can I get a refund for an unused code?
