OnniBus, together with Koiviston Auto, enthusiastically participated in the 2024 Retee ja Reilu ogistics day organized by Tredu. On-site in Hervanta, visitors had the opportunity to see the impressive Volvo 9700 DD double-decker bus, which piqued the interest of both young students and more experienced passengers and industry professionals. The event was bustling with activity, attracting visitors of all ages, from infants to grandparents. Our stand was lively, with plenty of visitors eager to explore the state-of-the-art features of the bus and ask questions directly to professionals about what it’s like to work as a bus driver. We interviewed OnniBus driver Mats and Koiviston Auto driver AP on-site. Both shared interesting facts about their work and offered valuable tips for traveling during the darker autumn months. The discussions touched on the importance of safe travel and the skills needed to succeed in the profession. The drivers’ stylish new uniforms also caught the attention of many visitors. Students were particularly keen to learn about what it’s like to work as a bus driver and received practical advice on how to enter the field. Overall, the day was a great success, and OnniBus is grateful to have had the opportunity to support the growth and enthusiasm of future transportation industry professionals!
