One of the most requested features by our passengers One of the most requested features by our passengers has now been launched — you can now track OnniBus services in real time on a map. On the website, you can view all OnniBus services currently in operation on a map. The view can be filtered to help you easily find the service you are looking for. In the OnniBus app, you can track the specific bus for which you have purchased a ticket. Please remember before your journey Even though you can now track your bus on a map, the basic travel guidelines remain the same. Please arrive at the bus stop well in advance, at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Have your ticket QR code ready so the driver can check it smoothly. You can find your ticket in your email or in the OnniBus app if you purchased it there. Why can’t I see my bus on the map? In some situations, the bus may not be visible on the map. This can be due to network coverage gaps or temporary technical issues. The bus is still operating according to schedule, and if there are any delays, our customer service will contact passengers directly. 60,000+ active app users every month Only 0.1% of services are cancelled Usage of the OnniBus app has increased significantly This year, more than 60,000 passengers have been actively using the app each month, and usage typically increases towards the summer travel season. The mobile app offers an easy and fast way to search for trips and purchase tickets, as well as a convenient way to keep all tickets purchased via the OnniBus online store in one place. You can also easily check your OnniEtu loyalty points in the app. With the new Buses on map feature, you can now also follow your own bus in real time directly in the app. We continuously develop the OnniExperience to make your journey smoother The Buses on map feature is part of a broader development effort aimed at making travel even more seamless. Recently, OnniBus has introduced ticket modification, improved trip search and the mobile app, and invested in new fleet. The ability to modify tickets, introduced at the end of 2025, has been well received and provides flexibility when travel plans change. By the end of 2026, there will be 25 new double-decker buses in operation, assembled in Lieto, Finland. In 2027, new single-decker buses with a premium seating class will also be introduced.
