Changing your ticket via a web browser 1. In the top right corner, select the option for logging into your account (circled in yellow in both the desktop and mobile views). 2. Go to the “Manage my reservation” section shown at the bottom. 3. In the “Continue as a guest” field, enter the booking number and the email address used when making the reservation. Note that the reservation number must be entered exactly as it appears, using capital letters. 4. Select “Change ticket.” 5. Enter the new trip you want, in the same way you selected the original one. You can completely change the trip, including the date. Press “Search.” 6. Select a suitable trip and add it to your shopping cart. 7. Select your desired seat and click “Continue.” 8. On the right, you will see the price difference for the trip and a €5 change fee (per passenger). You can also purchase any available additional services for the new ticket, such as extra baggage. Complete the payment. You will receive a new booking confirmation by email.
