Can I change or cancel my Onnibus ticket? All our ticket are non-changeable and non-refundable, so unfortunately ticket cannot be changed or used when travelling at a different time or route. If you need to travel on a different bus, you’ll need to buy a new ticket for that bus. No refund are offered if you do not use your ticket or have bought a wrong ticket. With non-changeable tickets we are able to offer affordable trips. OnniTurva - Cancellation protection However, if you wish, you can purchase the OnniTurva add-on service, which provides you with the option to cancel your ticket. OnniTurva must be purchased at the time of ticket purchase. With this paid add-on service, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid for the travel ticket if you need to cancel your trip. The cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the departure time. More about OnniTurva Tickets are not personal, so you can give your ticket for someone to use. The reservation number is needed for travel. If you give your ticket to someone else, you can only send the passenger the reservation number. You can also change seats for OnniBus MEGA routes. You can do this before the trip in the manage reservations. To log in to Manage Reservations, you will need the trip booking reference number and email address that is registered for the booking.
