Can I change or cancel my booked trip? Travel tickets purchased from the OnniBus.com online store cannot be changed or cancelled. However, you are free to give your travel ticket to someone else. You can also change seats for OnniBus MEGA buses. You can do this before the trip in the reservation management. To log in to Manage Reservations, you will need the trip booking reference number and email address that is registered for the booking. If you have booked a ticket through Matkahuolto, use the long reservation code mentioned in the booking confirmation. You can contact Onni Customer Service if necessary.
